1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Let mixture stand for 20 minutes
  3. Pre-heat frying pan
  4. Grease pan with butter or spray
  5. Pour enough batter to thinly cover bottom of pan
  6. Flip Crepe when batter is solid enough
  7. Repeat flipping till cooked
  8. Optional toppings: Syrup, Jam, Applesauce, Sugar & Lemon Juice, Chocolate, Fresh Fruit, Frosting, or anything really.
