1 | cup | flour |
1/2 | tsp. | salt |
1 1/2 | cup | milk |
2 | large | eggs |
- Mix all ingredients well
- Let mixture stand for 20 minutes
- Pre-heat frying pan
- Grease pan with butter or spray
- Pour enough batter to thinly cover bottom of pan
- Flip Crepe when batter is solid enough
- Repeat flipping till cooked
- Optional toppings: Syrup, Jam, Applesauce, Sugar & Lemon Juice, Chocolate, Fresh Fruit, Frosting, or anything really.
